Companies such as 1&1 or godaddy drastically limit the amount of email traffic allowed on their servers. 1&1, for example, will not allow more than 30 emails in 5 minutes. If you try to send more, the provider will cut you off and you won't be able to send anything at all. And that's not even the main problem.
